Apollo’s Journey will travel to Avon for their first sculptural rental program. The beautiful thing about this design is it can break down into parts for the trip and easily reassemble when needed. This work was created out of satellite dishes repurposed for the needed sub-straight. Then thinset concrete to smooth the surface ready for the colorful stained glass. The clay beads echo the look of the rusted patina on the base.
